The photo was taken at Jacana Beach, Puerto Princesa City, Palawan, Philippines on June 6, 2010 while tuna fish were being classified as to the class of meat for pricing and marketing for export. The picture depicts that all eyes on in a class "A" tuna - a high-priced tuna in the market.
